Tuesday, Jan. 15

Keli N. Sample, Tomahawk, charged with criminal trespass to dwelling, possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of bail jumping-felony and obstructing justice. Cash bond set at $1,000. AIA Feb. 4.

Andrew T. Thompson, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (2nd). Charges of possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of THC and operating with PAC are dismissed. Five days in jail with Huber and three days credit; fined $1,429; driver’s license revoked and IID 12 months. Review hearing June 24.

Lucas J. Baker, Rhinelander, pleads guilty to operating with PAC (5th or 6th). Charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and operating while revoked are dismissed. WHS/POP three years; fined $1,744; six months in jail with Huber and four days credit; driver’s license revoked three years; IID 12 months. Review hearing Dec. 2.

Melanie A. Alvarado, Lake Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to OWI (3rd) and has charge of operating with PAC dismissed. WHS/POP two years; fined $1,744; 45 days in jail with Huber – all but 14 days impsed and stayed with participation in OWI treatment court; driver’s license revoked 24 months; IID 12 months. Review hearing Sept. 16.

Antonio Alvarez, Minocqua, pleads guilty/no contest to purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with the intent of methamphetamine manufacture; another count of the same is dismissed. WHS/POP three years.

Michelle L. Buehring, Red Granite, enters into DPA on charge of issuance of worthless checks (>$2,500); charge of same is dismissed but read in. Review hearing Dec. 20, 2021.

Wednesday, Jan. 16

Kyler Colton Flettre-Wubben, Turtle Lake, charged with soliciting intimate representation from minor and exposing a child to harmful material. Surety bond set at $10,000. Preliminary hearing Feb. 4.

Nicholas Jason Hawley, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to hit and run and take and drive vehicle without consent; charges of second degree recklessly endangering safely and flee/elude police officer are dismissed. Fined $300 plus costs; WHS/POP three years; ordered to pay restitution $849.70. Review hearing Dec. 2.

Richard A. Granger, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to operating while revoked; has charges of bail jumping-misdemeanor and disorderly conduct/domestic abuse dismissed. Court imposes costs; review hearing June 3.

Thursday, Jan. 17

Daniel Arthur Charles Doberstein, Rhinelander pleads guilty to amended charge of ordinance disorderly conduct. Court imposes costs only, $114.50.

Lewis J. Mann, Rhinelander, Lac du Flambeau, has a charge of operating without a valid license dismissed.

Tanya L. Wentworth, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to manufacture/deliver amphetamine (>50g)/conspiracy to commit/repeater; charges of operating while revoked and failing to update information as a sex offender are dismissed but read in. Sentenced to Wisconsin State Prison 3 years initial confinement and four years extended supervision with 224 days jail credit.

John D. Johnson, Lac du Flambeau, pleads guilty/no contest to IID tampering/failure to install. Operating while revoked charge is dismissed. Court imposes fine plus costs totaling $442.

Friday, Jan. 18

Melissa J. Wales, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to amended charge of ordinance disorderly contest. Charges of bail jumping-felony and criminal damage to property are dismissed. Fined $236.50. Review hearing May 13.

Joshua A. Hull, Rhinelander, pleads guilty/no contest to two counts of retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500); charges of retail theft-intentionally take (<=$500) and bail jumping-misdemeanor are dismissed but read in. Six months in jail with Huber and 82 days credit.

Nicholas E. Boos, Tomahawk, pleads guilty/no contest to battery/PTAC; charge of person duty to aid/report crime/PTAC is dismissed. Six months in jail with Huber and 63 days credit.

Jeremiah R. Snyder, Rhinelander, has charges of substantial battery-intend bodily harm, disorderly conduct, and bail jumping-felony dismissed following fulfillment of DPA.
