RHS FCCLA students compete at state level
Rhinelander High School sent ten students along with their advisor to the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells for the FCCLA (Family, Career and Community Leaders of America) State Leadership Conference from April 18-20. This year’s events included: Event Planning, Recycle and Redesign, Pastry Arts, Entrepreneurship, Basic Culinary Math, and Focus on Children. Medals for the ten students competing included 1 gold, 7 silver and 2 bronze.
Melissa Hasselberger, advisor for FCCLA said she is very proud of the accomplishments of the competing students, and hopes that next year there will be even more members and students competing in events at the regional and state level.
