Paul J. DuPlayee, Tomahawk, charged with sex with a child age 16 or older. Charge amended, WHS/POP one year, $100 fine, 30 days jail with Huber privileges.
Ronald M. Millard, Eagle River, charged with battery and disorderly conduct [domestic abuse]. Count one dismissed, fined $379.
Cheyenne F. Meshigaud, Lac Du Flambeau, charged with retail theft-intentionally take and felony bail jumping. Count two dismissed, WHS/POP one year.
Christine E. Turney, Lac Du Flambeau, charged with disorderly conduct and battery [disorderly conduct]. Count two dismissed, count one amended, fined $263.50.
Saxon T. Henry, Rhinelander, charged with misdemeanor bail jumping, resisting or obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct. Counts one and three dismissed, WHS/POP one year.

Sierra M. DeLoach, Medford, charged with OWI(2nd), operating with a PAC(2nd).146 and operating while revoked. Counts two and three dismissed, WHS/POP two years, 12 months DL revocation, IID one year, $1,379 fine and five days jail with Huber privileges.
Gerry R. Fredrick Jr., Rhinelander, convicted of manufacturing/delivering amphetamine [CTC]. Sentencing Oct. 14. In another case, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine and felony bail jumping. Count one dismissed, found guilty of counts two and three.
Wednesday, Aug. 19
Christopher W. Cousins, Rhinelander, charged with three counts of retail theft-alter price. Count one amended, counts two and three dismissed, fined $263.50.
James C. Anys, Three Lakes, charged with disorderly conduct. Warrant quashed, domestic abuse enhancers removed, bond converted to signature bond. Judgment deferred, DPA accepted.
Jeffery J. Becker, Rhinelander, charged with OWI(2nd) and operating with a restricted controlled substance(2nd). Count two dismissed, sentenced to five days county jail, concurrent, fined $1.379, with 12 month DL revocation and IID 12 months. In another case, charged with OWI(3rd), operating with a PAC(2nd) and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed. On count one, sentenced to 45 days county jail, concurrent, fined $1,960, with 24 months DL revocation and IID 12 months. On count three, WHS/POP one year, consecutive.
Thursday, Aug. 20
Andrew J. Shurpit, Rhinelander, charged with operating while revoked. Warrant quashed.
Joshua B. Davis, Rhinelander, charged with operating without carrying a license. Warrant quashed.
Patrick W. White, Tomahawk, charged with possession of a firearm contrary to injunction, knowingly violating a domestic abuse order and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed. On count one, judgment deferred and DPA accepted. On count three, WHS/POP 18 months. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct. Charge amended, WHS/POP 18 months.
Monday, Aug. 24
Mark I. Ratliff, Rhinelander, charged with disorderly conduct and misdemeanor bail jumping. Count two dismissed, found guilty on count one, to pay court costs only. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct. Charge dismissed.
Jonah R. Vaughn, Pelican Lake, charged with retail theft-intentionally taken. Defendant failed to appear in court, warrant authorized.

Timothy W. Mann, Lac Du Flambeau, charged with possession of a synthetic cannabinoid, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of an illegally obtained prescription and misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts two, three and four dismissed, found guilty of count one, sentencing hearing Oct. 27.
Richard J. Huffman, Minocqua, charged with possession of THC and possession of drug paraphernalia. Count two dismissed, WHS/POP one year with 50 hours community service. In another case, charged with disorderly conduct, possession of drug paraphernalia and misdemeanor bail jumping. Counts one and two dismissed.
Steven W. Albrecht, Eagle River, charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of an illegally obtained prescription. Defendant failed to appear, warrant authorized.
