Deborah A. Healy, Rhinelander, charged with purchasing pseudoephedrine for another with intent to facilitate another person’s manufacture of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia to manufacture, compound, convert, produce or store methamphetamine. Not guilty pleas, bail continued, PTC July 14.
Eduardo A. Lucio, Milwaukee, charged with possession drug paraphernalia. Charge amended, $263.50 fine.
Darrin A. Barnhill, Rhinelander, charged with resisting or obstructing an officer and felony bail jumping. Cash bond amended from $1,000 to $250.
Holly S. Wilson, Rhinelander, charged with retail theft by removal of anti-theft device. Signature bond set at $5,000, AIA June 22.
Michael C. Johnson, Park Falls, charged with three counts of failure to support a child(120 days+). In another case, charged with two counts of failure to support child(120 days+). At a sentencing hearing on revocation, sentenced to one year jail with Huber privileges and 233 days credit.
