Rhinelander youth swimmers compete in Fond du Lac

The Rhinelander Swim club participated in a weekend of competition in Fond du Lac last weekend while swimming with the Northern Lakes Aquatic Club.

Four swimmers took home high points trophies in their respective age groups along with the finishes to achieve that recognition.

Jack Antonuk- 10 – 1st place high points trophy for individual events-Boys 10 and under with 1st place finishes in the 100 Back, 50 Back, 200 Free , 100 Fly -2nd place 100 Free and 50 Free: Relay finishes 1st 200 Free relay, 200 Medley relay

Joseph Heck-12- 2nd place high points trophy for individual events-Boys 12 and under with 1st place finish in 100 Breast, 2nd place finishes in 50 Free, 50 Breast, 200 IM, 100IM 3rd place 100 Free 6th place 200 Back. Relay finishes: 1st 200 Free Relay, 200 Medley relay and 5th in the Senior 200 Free Relay

Sam Schoppe- 8- 3rd place high points Boys 8 and under 1st place 100IM, 50 Breast, 2nd place 50 Back, 3rd place 25 Free, 4th place 25 back, 5th place 50 Free Relay Finishes: 1st, 100 Free Relay, 100 Medley

Abi Winnicki- 8- 1st place high points Girls 8 and under with 1st place finishes in the 50 Free, 25 Free, 25 Breast, 100 IM, 2nd place 25 Fly, 3rd place 25 Back , 50 Back Relay finishes: 1st 100 Medley, 100 Free and 2nd place 10 and under 200 Medley

Swimmers who brought home ribbons for being in the top 16 in their individual events and in the top 8 with their relay team:

Miranda Erdmann, 13 – 5th 400 IM, 12th 200 Breast- Relay Finishes: 8th place 200 Free 4th 200 Medley

Charlie Heck- 10- 6th 50 Breast, 100 Breast- 8th 100 Back, 50 Back, 10th 100 IM, 12th 100 Free, 14th 50 free Relay finishes: 3rd 200 Free

Grace Heck -14- 7th 200 Fly, 11th 100 Fly, 16th 200 IM Relay finishes: 5th 200 Free 4th, 200 Medley

Taylor Hollands, 13, Relay finishes 8th 200 Free

Taylor Macak-14- Relay finshes 5th 200 Free 8th 200 Medley

 Marissa McGuire,13- Relay finshes 4th 200 Free, 8th 200 Medley

Marissa Martin- 11 2nd 100 Breast -Relay finishes: 8th 200 Free

Trevor Marvin- 12 13th 50 fly

Sophia Miljevich- 8- 12th 25 Free, 13th 50 Back, 15th 100 IM, 16th 25 Back Relay finishes: 2nd 100 Medley, 3rd 100 Free

Audrey Schiek-10- 12th 50 Breast Relay finishes: 5th 200 Free, 6th 200 Medley

Ella Schiek-11- 5th 100 Breast, 10th 50 Breast Relay finishes: 5th 200 Medley

Michael Schiek – 7 9th 25 Free 11th 50 Free

Annalyse Schoppe-9 – 15th 50 Fly Relay finishes- 4th 200 Free, 6th 200 Medley

Jacob Schoppe-11, 5th 100 Back, 8th 50 Back, 100 Breast, 100 IM, 50 Breast, 11th 100 Free, 12th 50 Free Relay finishes: 1st 200 Free
