Obituary: Alma ?Oma? Frasier

Alma “Oma” Frasier, 100, died Jan. 15, 2015. She was born Feb. 26, 1914 in the Ukraine to Wilhelm & Olga Mielke. She is survived by children, Elly (Charles) Rogers, Walter (Linda) Ickert and her daughter-in-law Helga Ickert; seven grandchildren & spouses; and 9 great-grandchildren. Alma also is survived by a brother Walter Mielke and his family in Germany, and other relatives in the Ukraine. Alma was preceded in death by her husband Otto in 1944, her second husband Bill in 1998, and her son Ewald in 2014. A Celebration of Oma’s Life is planned for later spring at the Carlson Funeral Home.
