Wisconsin group seeking public input on nonmotorized trails
An online survey will be made available until the end of the year for Wisconsin citizens to give feedback about nonmotorized trails. The survey was created by the Nonmotorized Recreation and Transportation Trails Council.
The council will use the survey to advise the state on nonmotorized trail management in the future.
“The council is seeking to gather up-to-date information about the state of nonmotorized trails in Wisconsin from individuals who use nonmotorized trails as well as groups, organizations and municipal and government agencies that develop and manage trails,” officials said in a prepared statement.
The survey can be taken through the DNR website by searching for “parks.”
More information on the survey or the council can be found on the council’s facebook page (facebook.com/NRTTC), or by emailing them at [email protected].
