Lambeau Field and National Railroad Museum bus trip offered by the YMCA
Those interested can now register for the Y bus trip to Lambeau Field, home of the Green Bay Packers, and the National Railroad Museum. The trip will take place Thursday, June 19.
The Lambeau Field stadium tour allow fans to experience the Packers’ history-rich facility firsthand and see several behind-the-scenes areas. This is an hour and a half tour.
The group will then lunch at Curly’s Pub, where participants can order off the menu. Lunch is not included in the trip fee.
Then participants will tour the the vintage, full-size railroad equipment at the National Railroad Museum for 25-minutes.
Along the way the conductor describes rolling stock, points out highlights of the museum, talks about railroad safety and discusses the hobo culture. The train is pulled by a diesel locomotive.
This trip is a full day of activities for any age.
The bus leaves Rhinelander at 7:30 a.m. and returns approximately at 7:30 p.m. Please dress comfortably. Bring water and snacks. Moderate walking involved with this trip

The fee for the trip is $66 for adults and $60 for children under 12 accompanied by a paying adult. Fee includes coach bus, guided tour of Lambeau Field and admission to National Railroad Museum and train ride. Lunch is additional.
