There’s a magical playhouse for kids at the library
There’s a special playhouse in the children’s department at the Rhinelander District Library, thanks to the thriftiness and imagination of Holly Somrak, who is a library assistant there. The facility upgraded their drop-off container, which came in a huge cardboard box. Holly decided to build this magical “gingerbread” house out of that box, complete with cast off CDs for decoration and scrap cloth the children can use to decorate the castle. It has doors for peeping out and plenty of room inside for little ones to believe they are in a truly magical place.
