Enter closed session pursuant to
A. 19.85 1(c), (e), and (f) to consider the employment, promotion, compensation, or performance-evaluation data of any employee, including, but not limited to administrative staff, support staff members, certified staff members, volunteers, drivers, and/or mentors for the district. And, to consider the financial, medical, social or personal histories, or disciplinary data and/or preliminary consideration of specific persons, or the investigation of charges against specific persons which, if discussed in public, would be likely to have a substantial adverse effect upon the reputation of any person referred to in such histories or data, or involved in such problems or investigations. More specifically, to consider professional staff layoffs, an administrative contract request, a support staff pay request, and coach or volunteer hires, as necessary.
B. 19.85 1(g) to confer with legal counsel, if necessary, with respect to litigation in which it is or is likely to become involved.
IX. Return to Open Session to Take Possible Action on Topics Considered in Closed Session

This meeting of the Board of Education is held for the purpose of conducting the school district’s business and is not to be considered a public community meeting. There is a time for citizens/delegations participation during the meeting, as indicated on the agenda. Accommodations for disabled persons will be made upon request to the Superintendent of Schools.
