Hat’s Off: Thanks for picking up my tab
As I went to pay my bill on March 18 at the Friendship House, the waitress said it had already been paid.
When I asked who had paid it, she indicated a very nice looking man that had been at the next table with his lovely wife and five very well-behaved young children.
Since he was gone before I could thank him, I hope he reads this so he’ll know I will be passing along his act of kindness.
