Volunteers Gift Shop open house

Plan to attend the Holiday Open House at the Volunteers' Gift Shop in Ministry Saint Mary's Hospital Wednesday, Nov. 14, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

This annual event showcases the shop's Christmas and holiday merchandise, along with hourly door prizes, free gift with purchase (while supplies last), refreshments and a Spin for a Discount sale. Shoppers make their selections and can then spin for a discount ranging from 20 percent to 40 percent off regular retail prices.

All profits from the Volunteers Gift Shop are donated to local health care scholarships, wellness initiatives and hospital needs and equipment. "We are very proud that with Gift Shop proceeds we could purchase mobile phones for all the nurses here at the hospital so they can better serve our patients," said Sherry Miller, volunteers chair of the gift shop.
