Town board meeting minutes

Call to Order by Chairman Hendrickson, Present- Supervisors Gail Winnie, Gene

Rio and Treasurer Denny Thompson.

Approve Clerks Minutes. Motion by Gail, 2nd by Gene to approve December

meeting minutes. M/C

Treasurer Report- Motion by Gene, 2nd by Gail to receive and place attached

Treasurer Report. M/C

Discuss/Approve Resolution of cutting along town roads. Resolution tabled,

pending contact with Towns attorney.

Motion by Gail, 2nd by Gene to approve Ordinance 2013-0001 for tax refunds.

Ordinance to be posted in 3 locations. M/C

Discussion/Approve disposing of wood on Swamp Lake Rd. No action taken at

this time.

Motion by Gail, 2nd by Gene to have Clerk bill Woodboro $8000. For fire dues for

2013, and still collect the 2% allowance furnished to Woodboro by the State, and

also still bill $500. for separate applicable fire calls . M/C

Motion by Gail, 2nd by Gene to notify Woodboro, and have Clerk prepare a new

contract, that the 2014 dues will be a flat $10,000 with no additional fire call fees

billed, but to still include the 2% State allowance. M/C

Constituent Concerns discussed by Board. About 6 Street signs have been

removed from Town of Cassian Roads in the last week. Also discussion regarding

snowmobile usage of Town road shoulders. Supv. Gene Rio to look into placing

signs on Harshaw Road.
