Representative-Elect Swearingen (R-Rhinelander) appointed to six Assembly committees
Representative-Elect Rob Swearingen (R-Rhinelander) has been appointed to six Assembly committees for the upcoming 2013-14 Legislative Session, including Vice-Chair of the State Affairs Committee. Swearingen’s appointments include:
State Affairs – Vice Chair
Housing and Real Estate
Natural Resources and Sporting Heritage
Public Safety and Homeland Security
Small Business Development
Tourism
“I am very excited to begin my work in Madison to help benefit and serve the residents of the 34th Assembly District,” Swearingen said. “I’m very grateful to have been appointed to six committees for my freshman term, and believe my experience will be a valuable resource as I take office in January.”
Representative-Elect Rob Swearingen is entering his first term in the Wisconsin State Assembly. Swearingen represents all of Vilas county, and portions of Oneida, Forest, and Florence counties.
