Rhinelander Police Department investigating stabbing incident

The Rhinelander Police Department is investigating a stabbing incident that occurred at approximately 7:26 a.m. Dec. 12. Rhinelander Police officers responded to 550 Spring Lake Rd. in Rhinelander for a report of a stabbing. Upon arrival, officers took one juvenile suspect into custody.

Two victims of stab wounds were transported to Saint Mary’s Hospital for treatment for non-life threatening wounds. The victims’ names will not be released at this time until family members are notified.
