Country music festival donates to
Marshfield Clinic Pediatric Cancer fund
Children with cancer will benefit from a donation of $5,303 raised at a country music festival in Rhinelander. The festival was held Saturday, Sept. 15, at the Northwoods Banquet Center in Rhinelander. Hagen's Friends Helping Friends included music from two popular central Wisconsin bands, Tuscan Road and Sly Billy.
The money will be directed toward the pediatric oncology remodeling project. The remodeled area will provide a special place for pediatric patients to spend time while in treatment.
Next year's music festival is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 12, 2013.
