Obituary: Alan L. Kubicek

Alan L. Kubicek, 68, of Rhinelander died Monday, Feb. 18, 2013, at his residence. He was born June 17, 1944, in Ohio to Lewis and Josephine (Boyd) Kubicek. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen (Patnode) Kubicek; a daughter, Kelly Kubicek of Green Bay; two brothers, Lewis (Jean) of Flandreau, SD, and Robert (Carol) Kubicek of Brecksville, Ohio; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents. A memorial service will be held Saturday, Feb. 23, at 11 a.m. at Hildebrand-Russ Funeral Home with Fr. Tom Thakadipuram officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until the time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials in Mr. Kubicek’s name may be given to the family. (Hildebrand-Russ Funeral Home)
