Obituary: James A. Halminiak Sr.

James A. Halminiak Sr., 67, of Rhinelander, died Jan. 12, 2013, at his home. He was born Feb. 3, 1945, in Rhinelander to Joseph and Helen (Garber) Halminiak. He is survived by his wife, Mary; and three children, Joel (Brenda) Halminiak, Jessica (Steve) Denis and James Halminiak Jr., all of Rhinelander. Mr. Halminiak was an employee of Wisconsin Public Service for many years. He enjoyed remodeling projects, trains and working on his tractors. He served with the Wisconsin National Guard. A private family memorial service will be held at a later date. (Carlson Funeral Home)
