Do tax forms and procedures tend to confuse and puzzle you? Then turn to Kim Haenel, who owns and operates Advanced Accounting in downtown Rhinelander.
Kim has several certifications as an accountant. She is an enrolled agent and an accredited business accountant. Kim has lots of experience in this field and has been figuring taxes and bookkeeping accounts for more than 20 years. In fact, Kim has a strong desire to make sure all her clients get the refunds they deserve and every year takes three to five classes to keep up with ever changing tax laws and regulations. “Many tax laws change every year and it’s important that tax preparers stay on top of those changes,” said Kim. “That’s really important for my clients.”
Kim and her qualified staff make sure all the correct questions are asked when preparing a return. Clients are welcome to make an appointment and talk to Kim about their individual needs or if they feel confident about their information, they can just drop off their paperwork.
In addition to tax returns, Kim can also help entrepreneurs meet all their bookkeeping needs. Federal identification numbers and the correct forms are important for new business owners to file so they can keep up on bookkeeping as the year progresses. And for those business owners who want a professional at the helm when it comes to the books, Kim can do that, too.
Payroll accounting can be confusing and demanding as far as filing the correct numbers with a multitude of local, state and federal agencies, and Kim has many years of experience helping business people get this job done correctly. She also offers one-time services as well as yearly bookkeeping options.
Clients who visit Kim’s office will find a friendly and welcoming staff with a cozy seating area and even a little nook for kids when they come with their parents. Everyone here has one goal in mind–to treat customers like they want to be treated. “Taxes can be confusing for lots of people, but we are here to help,” said Kim.
