BY EILEEN PERSIKE
The Rhinelander advocacy group Forward Rhinelander recently selected 10 individuals from many nominations to represent the “Top 10” under the age of 40. This week the Star Journal introduces the final three winners, as told by the people who nominated them.
Matt came to the Rhinelander community in 2011 to join the growing regional accounting firm, Northland CPAs, where he serves as manager of taxation. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in accountancy from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse, holds a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants (WICPA).
In addition to being devoted to his young family and the Rhinelander outdoors, Matt stays connected and engaged in the Rhinelander community as a volunteer with the YMCA of the Northwoods Board of Directors, Kiwanis Club of Rhinelander, and serves on the Rhinelander Police and Fire Commission.
Tarsie is the marketing director at Rhinelander Auto Center. During her nine-year tenure she has overseen all of the company’s marketing operations. As a Tomahawk native, Tarsie is grateful for rooting her life in the Northwoods. sheenjoys quality time with her husband and three-year-old son at home in the picturesque Harrison area.
