Forest County authorities arrest four on drug charges

The investigation continues for the Forest County Sheriff’s Office Drug Task force following the recent arrests of four individuals. A search warrant at a Crandon residence Mar. 1 yielded prescription narcotics, a large amount of pre-packaged marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the home. The search warrant was executed after multiple controlled buys took place.
Shelda S. Johnson, 35, of Crandon was arrested and charged with felony delivery of heroin, felony possession of heroin, felony delivery of schedule II narcotics, felony possession of schedule II narcotics, felony keeping of a drug house, felony possession with intent to deliver marijuana, bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher V. Jefferson, 46, of Crandon was arrested and charged with felony delivery of schedule II narcotics.
Carla L. Kobin, 31, of Crandon was arrested Mar. 17 after the Drug Task Force executed a search warrant following multiple controlled buys took place at her home. Investigators located prescription narcotics, marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Kobin has been charged with felony delivery of schedule II narcotics, felony possession of schedule II narcotics, felony delivery of THC, possession of THC, felony keeping of a drug house and possession of drug paraphernalia.
A Forest County Sheriff’s Deputy performed a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Christopher V. Jefferson of Crandon and occupied by Dayvina L. Johnson of Argonne and Brianna P. Soman of Crandon. Open intoxicants were located in the vehicle and a search of the vehicle was performed, during which deputies located 41 grams of crack cocaine, marijuana and prescription narcotics.
Dayvina Johnson was arrested for felony possession with intent to deliver cocaine, felony possession of THC, felony possession of schedule II narcotics, felony bail jumping and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Christopher Jefferson was arrested for a valid warrant of delivery of schedule II narcotics. Brianna Soman was cited and released.
All investigation are ongoing, and Forest County authorities said more arrests and charges may be forth coming.
