Rhinelander Police Department arrested a second person for the homicide of Kenneth Wells yesterday. Shannon J. Wolf, who is currently serving time for an unrelated crime, was arrested for first degree intentional homicide and hiding a corpse for his involvement in the death of Kenneth Wells in 2003.
An investigation into Wells’ death was reopened in January, 2014. Last month Latoya Wolf was taken into custody for being party to the crime in the death. Through the course of her questioning, Latoya Wolf implicated Shannon Wolf.
The investigation is ongoing and being conducted by the
Rhinelander Police Department and the Oneida County District Attorney’s
Office. Anyone with information about
