The Business Professionals of America (BPA) student club at Nicolet College will be holding a fundraiser for Special Olympics Sunday, April 13, from noon to 4 p.m. at Hodag Lanes in Rhinelander.
The event will include raffles and unlimited bowling for $5 per person with all of the money raised staying in the Special Olympics local region, which includes Oneida, Vilas, Forest, Lincoln and Langlade counties. Children 5 and younger can bowl for free. Bowling shoe rental is $2.
Raffle prizes include landscaping products, a youth snowmobile jacket, meal coupons, and more.
BPA students are coordinating the event as part of a service learning project that combines classroom instruction and community involvement.
Monetary donations and donations of tax-deductible raffle items will also be accepted.
