The Y is hosting its monthly “Lunch & Brain Games” Wednesday, Nov. 6 from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Rhinelander facility. Troy Walters, Trees for Tomorrow staff, will be talking about the Road Scholar programs that are offered at Trees for Tomorrow.
Road Scholar is a not-for-profit leader in educational travel that inspires adults to learn, discover and travel. Their learning adventures engage expert instructors, provide extraordinary access, and stimulate discourse and friendship among people for who learn is the journey of a lifetime.
This program is free and open to anyone in the community. The theme for the pot-luck lunch is chicken soup. Those attending are asked to bring a cooked vegetable for the soup, bread/crackers or a dessert.
No reservations are needed but for more information contact Marilyn Duschl at 715-362-9622 x118.
