Storms with heavy rain and lightning have been moving through the Wisconsin Public Service service area. As of 9:15 a.m., there are about 6,500 customers without power in just over 60 separate outages. The Rhinelander/Eagle River/Tomahawk area is hardest hit with about 4,700 customers out in just over 20 outages. There is no estimate of restoration times yet. Crews are out and working.
