Christ Lutheran Church of Eagle River and St. John’s of Phelps will host the 10th annual Live Nativity. The performance will be free of charge and open to the public. The grounds of Christ Lutheran School will resemble the town of Bethlehem as Christ’s birth is re-enacted with music and Bible narration.
Congregation members, along with live farm animals, will depict the scene at the stable in Bethlehem. Outdoor presentations will run every 20 minutes from 6 to 8 p.m. on both Friday, Dec. 7, and Saturday, Dec. 8. The last performance of both evenings will be at 7:40 p.m. After viewing the 15-minute presentation, visitors may walk through the Bethlehem Market. Free refreshments will be available.
