Groskopf achieves status of Academy Scholar
Ministry Medical Group (MMG) in Rhinelander and Eagle River is proud to announce that Heidi Grosskopf, AuD, recently achieved the status of academy scholar.
The American Academy of Audiology honors individuals who complete a total of 50 continuing education hours (5.0 CEUs) within a two-year period. She earned the status of Academy Scholar for the years 2010-2011 by earning six from Jan. 1, 2010 through Dec. 31, 2011.
Dr. Grosskopf provides complete diagnostic services for both children and adults, including behavioral audiometry, otoacoustic emissions and ENG testing. She dispenses and services most major brands of programmable and digital hearing aids and hearing protection devices for patients of all ages.
She joined Ministry Medical Group in Rhinelander and Eagle River in June 1996. She completed her clinical doctorate in audiology at Central Michigan University in 2005. She obtained her master’s in audiology in 1993 at UW-Stevens Point. Dr. Grosskopf completed her clinical fellowship year at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Mich., and worked in a private ENT practice prior to moving to the Northwoods. She is certified by the American Board of Audiology and is a member of the American Academy of Audiology, the American Speech, Language and Hearing Association and the Wisconsin Speech, Language and Audiology Association.
