“Can people bring pets with when they are visiting inmates at the Oneida County jail?”
– Bob, Sugar Camp
The Star Journal asked Jeff Hoffman, Oneida County Sheriff. Hoffman responded:
“The Oneida County Sheriff’s Office doesn’t allow pets into the facility due to the possibility of individuals with allergies or/and the maintaining control over a pet when there are other individuals visiting their family members in the same area.”
