Pinewood hosting junior golf program
Under the direction of PGA Golf Professional Brian Baldwin, Pinewood Country Club in Harshaw will be hosting a junior golf program this summer.
This program will consist of six lessons, all held on consecutive Tuesdays, with the exception of no lesson being held on Tuesday July 3. Lessons will be from 9 to 11 a.m. After the first lesson, two age group divisions will be established based on participation. Going forward, each age division will have a one hour session with the younger age division beginning at 9 a.m and the older age division beginning at 10 a.m.
Juniors age six to 17 are invited to come. Lesson topics will include the full swing, short game, fundamentals, golf course management, rules, etiquette and more. This program is being made available at no charge by Pinewood Country Club and Brian Baldwin. Golf clubs will be supplied for those that currently have none.
