Hospitalist joins Ministry Saint Mary’s
Ministry Health Care recently announced that Dr. Ujwal Ratna Tuladhar has joined Ministry Saint Mary’s Hospital in Rhinelander as a Hospitalist.
Hospitalists are providers who specialize in caring for patients who have been hospitalized. In many areas of the country, primary care providers are referring their patients to a Hospitalist when their patients are sick enough that they can no longer be cared for in the outpatient setting.
“I value a human touch in my practice,” said Dr. Tuladhar. “I believe in working with patients in making an informed decision about managing their medical conditions and not to impose upon them.”
Dr Tuladhar earned his medical degree from Tribhuwan University, Institute of Medicine, Maharajgunj, Katmandu, Nepal. He completed his internal medicine residency at Harlem Hospital Center in New York, NY. He also provided care at the B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal, Medicare National Hospital and Research Centre in Katmandu, Nepal and Tribhuwan University Teaching Hospital in Maharajgunj, Katmandu, Nepal.
He is passionate about the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of adult diseases. “I’m interested in pulmonary disease and critical care along with chronic pain,” he added.
