Trevis L. Jenkins, Burnsville, Minn., charged with manufacturing THC with intent to deliver. Non-appearance by defendant. Warrant authorized.
Christopher T. Schimke, Rhinelander, charged with child abuse-high probability of great harm, second degree recklessly endangering safety and strangulation and suffocation. Bail continued. Next appearance date to be determined.
